Students requesting accommodations in Housing for the Fall 2026 semester should complete the steps below. SSD will schedule appointments to review accommodation requests beginning March 1, 2026:
- Complete SSD Application for Services.
- Provide documentation of their disability from an appropriate, licensed professional. The documentation must include the diagnosed condition, the treatment being provided (if any) and it can also suggest accommodations. Licensed professionals can use the form below to provide this information.
Single bedroom:
A single bedroom is provided as a disability accommodation only when professional documentation demonstrated a significant access barrier requiring a private sleeping space. For example, medical equipment or conditions requiring specialized living arrangements may qualify.
